As it was announced during the closing session at DrupalCon, there are a lot of local Drupal events going on in the coming months, so it is no surprise that wherever I go I happen to find them on my way. I'm currently staying at my girlfriend's parent's house in Munich for a few days, so I got to attend the DUG meet-up in the GAST im Gasteig, a cool and innovative lounge-restaurant.
Over half of the people present at the meet-up were present at DrupalCon. Surprisingly there was only one I had met before, but as usual with this kind of meetings it is very easy to make new contacts.
This time, the conversation was non-technical and rather oriented towards people's personal experience with DrupalCon and Drupal in general. The majority of attendees were freelancers, some of which had very interesting projects and which might turn into cooperation in the future.
